Fees & refunds
Understand the total, reserved balance and withdrawal process before agreeing to a deal.
Account balance
One credit represents one US dollar of recorded balance. Supported deposits use one supported token per credit. Available balance can be reserved for a purchase or withdrawal. Reserved balance cannot be spent again while the request or deal is active.
Purchase fee
The buyer pays 3% of the listing price, with a minimum fee of one credit. The fee is rounded to 0.01 credit. Checkout displays the exact price, fee and total and requires your confirmation before reserving the balance.
| Listing price | Fee | Buyer total |
|---|---|---|
| 10.00 credits | 1.00 credits | 11.00 credits |
| 100.00 credits | 3.00 credits | 103.00 credits |
| 1,000.00 credits | 30.00 credits | 1,030.00 credits |
On a completed deal, the seller receives the listing price and AccountHub receives the fee.
Disputes & refunds
An open dispute prevents the buyer from releasing the reserved balance. An operator reviews the conversation and evidence and records a reason for the decision.
- A full buyer refund returns both the listing price and the fee to the buyer’s AccountHub balance.
- A full seller award pays the price to the seller’s balance and the fee to AccountHub.
- A split decision allocates part of the price to the seller; the earned fee is proportional to that award. The remaining price and fee return to the buyer’s balance.
A refund to your AccountHub balance is an internal balance movement. To receive tokens in an external wallet, submit a separate withdrawal request.
Withdrawals & network fees
Withdrawals currently have no customer withdrawal fee. The operator pays the network fee separately and sends the requested supported-token amount. External wallets or exchanges may charge their own deposit or transfer fees.
The sending deadline is 24 elapsed hours from the original withdrawal request, including weekends. Blockchain confirmation can take longer. Pending withdrawals reserve the requested credits; a rejected, unsent request returns them.
Deposit availability depends on the wallet page. Only use the exact token, network and address displayed there. Wrong-network and unsupported-token transfers do not have automatic recovery.
