Account transfer checklist
Agree on what is being transferred and verify delivery before releasing the balance.
Before listing or buying
- Check the platform’s rules and whether the account or agreed ownership role can be transferred.
- The seller must control the account and have permission to transfer it. Describe the account accurately, including restrictions and outstanding issues.
- Record the included assets, roles, recovery access, delivery steps and acceptance conditions in the deal conversation.
- Use the platform’s supported transfer method where available. Keep passwords, one-time codes and recovery secrets out of the deal chat.
Seller delivery
- Start the transfer from the deal workspace.
- Complete the agreed changes using the platform’s own tools.
- Provide evidence of the transferred roles and agreed assets, with unrelated personal details hidden.
- Mark delivery ready for the buyer’s review only after the agreed steps are complete.
Buyer review
- Confirm the account and its included assets match the listing and written agreement.
- Confirm your agreed ownership role and control of recovery email, phone and linked applications where supported.
- Check active sessions and confirm the seller’s former access has been removed.
- Release the reserved balance only when delivery meets the agreement. If something is wrong, open a dispute before release.
Listing approval and recorded evidence do not guarantee that an external platform will allow or preserve a transfer.
Help with a disagreement
Keep evidence and agreed conditions in the deal conversation. An operator can review an open dispute and record a buyer refund, seller award or split decision.
